The first show will be on Friday, October 30th<br \/>featuring Carlos Jones &amp; the PLUS Band. Due to COVID restrictions, there will only be a limited<br \/>number of tickets available for in-person seating. Doors will open at 7 p.m. and the show will start at 8<br \/>p.m. Tickets for in-person seating will go on sale starting at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, October 21st and<br \/>can be purchased at the following link:<br \/>http:\/\/www.musicboxcle.com\/event\/carlos-jones-plus-oct30\/<br \/>The show will have a few new twists including a Halloween costume contest for both people<br \/>attending in person, and also for those watching the stream with a VIP \/ Zoom ticket. The VIP<br \/>Zoomers will become part of the show, as both the live audience and the band will be able to see them<br \/>on the in-house video monitors. Prizes will be given for the best costumes \u2013 both for the live audience<br \/>and the VIP \/ Zoomers. Former Cleveland TV personality, Dawn Kendrick, will be the<br \/>MC for the show.<br \/>Carlos Jones &amp; the PLUS Band (www.carlosjones.com) has been one of Cleveland\u2019s<br \/>most popular musical groups for over 20 years. They recently resumed work on their 3rd full length<br \/>album\u2013 \u201cA New Day\u201d, which will be available later on this year or in early 2021. Work on the recording<br \/>had to be halted when the recording studio \u2013 Magnetic North in Beachwood, Ohio \u2013 closed down due to<br \/>the COVID-19 protocols. With most live shows being canceled, the band has turned to doing live<br \/>streamed events in conjunction with Music America, and has averaged around 12,000 views per show.<br \/>Music America is an entertainment promotion company led by Jones\u2019 manager \u2013 Larry<br \/>Koval and his team, that looks to put on unique events at various venues throughout the area with<br \/>live music as the focal point. Their first event was the \u201cReggae on the Water\u201d event in June of<br \/>2019 on the Good Time III. They have now moved into the Live Stream \/ Virtual Event<br \/>production area as an alternative channel to promote live entertainment.
